The Professional Agile Leadership Essentials course is designed for managers and those in leadership roles who are responsible for the introduction and establishment of Agile methods and techniques in an IT organization/division.
All participants completing the Professional Agile Leadership – Essentials course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) certification assessment. PAL-E class participants who attempt the PAL I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.
The Professional Agile LeadershipTM (PAL I) assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate that you are a leader who understands that being Agile adds value to your business, and why leadership understanding, sponsorship, and support of Agile practices are essential to an organization becoming more agile.
Those who pass receive the industry recognized certification as a PAL I from Scrum.org; demonstrating a fundamental level of understanding about how agility adds value to an organization, why leadership support of agile teams is essential to achieving organizational agility, and what leaders can do to support their teams to help them achieve higher performance.
Simon has 20+ years of industry experience and has been using Scrum since 2005. He led the development of the Times newspaper iPad app and Dailymail.co.uk.
He is one of only a few Scrum trainers globally able to offer the full range of Scrum.org courses. He trains and coaches Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers and organisations in their transition to Scrum and Agile.
Simon is based in London, UK and offers Scrum training courses with certification all over the world. He is happy to provide private training, coaching and consulting for organisations.
