Pavels Balabanovs is a passionate Agile practitioner and transformation facilitator with a strong track record of helping teams and organizations evolve through continuous improvement, systemic thinking, and empowering leadership. With over a decade of experience across engineering and agile roles, Pavels specializes in Scrum, LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum), and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) coaching.
Currently serving as a Process Master at Printify, Pavels drives process improvements, supports team development. Previously, he held Scrum Master and Agile Coach roles at 1NCE and Tietoevry, where he guided multiple teams—including global DevOps setups and backend telecom platforms—toward effective agile adoption, OKR alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
Pavels is an ICAgile Certified Professional with additional credentials in Agile Team Facilitation, OKR Leadership, and Flight Levels. His facilitation style is hands-on, people-centered, and focused on tangible outcomes. He regularly delivers workshops, builds agile communities, and mentors teams both locally and remotely.
His background in telecommunications engineering and system design adds depth to his understanding of complex environments, making him a bridge between business value and technical delivery.
