Diāna Lauska

Diāna is a highly qualified project and product manager with extensive experience in digital transformation, process management, and innovation across multiple industries. Her professional background spans both IT project leadership and management consulting, with a strong focus on integrating data and AI technologies into business solutions.

She has 8 years of experience at Nordea, including 6 years specifically in IT project management, where she worked on aligning business goals with technology-driven initiatives.

For another 6 years, Diāna led the Project Management Department at DPD Baltic, where she introduced and established project management methodologies across the region. During this time, she developed expertise in process design, design thinking, and team development.

Currently, Diāna works as a Senior Consultant at KPMG, within the management consulting, data, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies division. She collaborates with data scientists and engineers to deliver solutions in machine learning, Power BI, Power Platform, MS Azure OpenAI, and generative AI applications.

She is also an active conference speaker, especially on AI-related topics, such as HR Week 2024, and has led over 15 projects, including large-scale international initiatives involving teams of up to 40 people.

Diāna has conducted training and consulting sessions for around 20 clients, across industries such as finance, IT, aviation, and the public sector.
