Andris is a certified Agile practitioner and trainer with 15 years of experience in IT project management and product development. He has worked as a Scrum Team Captain and has also led the Scrum Team Captain department at Tet for several years.
Andris is a certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Leader, Kanban practitioner, and a certified practitioner of scalable Agile frameworks and approaches such as LESS, SAFe and Nexus.
Experienced in working with Lean approaches and tools to improve enterprise level process efficiencies, which include reducing waste and redundant activities.
Andris also works as a professional, certified coach according to the principles of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ICF PCC certification, one of the highest levels a professional coach can achieve, demonstrates Andris’ commitment and skill in providing high quality coaching services to his clients. Certified coach mentor. Member of ICF Global and ICF Latvia.
The ability to collaborate and understand clients using effective communication skills and empathy makes Andris an effective and present coach. An interested listener who does not judge either personality or what is said, yet through questions is able to help clients understand their own desires and values.
