Anda is a Certified ITIL® 4 Managing Professional and ITIL® 4 Strategic Leader, with a strong track record of successfully implementing ITIL best practices in both large and medium-sized organizations. She brings deep expertise in IT Service Management, grounded in nearly two decades of practical experience.
Since 2005, Anda has been actively engaged in implementing ITIL frameworks, working closely with clients in the finance sector and governmental institutions across Latvia. Her hands-on involvement has supported organizations in aligning their IT services with business goals, increasing efficiency, and improving service quality.
With a total of 20 years of professional experience, Anda’s background spans Process Management, IT Audit, and leadership of cross-border teams. She has led and supported initiatives throughout the Baltic region, the Nordic countries, and Central Europe, earning recognition for her strategic mindset and structured approach.
Anda plays a key role in our team by bringing her ITIL competence into every project, ensuring we maintain high standards of service delivery and operational excellence.
