Professional Scrum Product Owner
Professional Scrum Product Owners need an understanding of all the things that add value to their products. The Product Owner training helps to develop this knowledge, from stakeholder management to release planning and delivery. - The PSPO course may be interesting to all involved in software development upon the Scrum framework, but has been specifically conceived for those responsible over products from a business and product management perspective and taking up the highly accountable role of Scrum Product Owner.
Certification
The PSPO I certification is achieved by taking and passing an online assessment in your own time following the course. It can be taken from any internet connected computer.
The PSPO I assessment is comprised of 80 multiple choice questions that must be completed in 60 minutes. The pass mark is 85%. PSPO class participants who attempt the PSPO I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.
You are also entitled to a 40% discount on the PSPO II assessment once passed the PSPO I.
About the trainer
Janis Lama
Agile trainer and lecturer
Janis Lama is a co-founder of agiletransformer.com team of Agile practitioners, is a board member and active organizer of non-profit “Agile Latvia” community – biggest Agile related community in Baltics who are organizing regular monthly meet-ups and yearly “Agile Day Riga” conferences to advertise and make Agile accessible in Latvia.
Janis Lama is also an Agile trainer and lecturer in RISEBA university and in BDA. Has gained scaled Agile transformation experience in different organizations from finance, gaming and telecom sectors. Is creator of different Agile workshops and trainings (currently in training portfolio around 55 Agile related trainings), like to work with Agile Leadership and organizational mindset.
Currently facilitates several big organizations in Baltics and Nordic to overcome organizational-level impediments to enable Agile environment. It includes such work as – mindset and practices for organization leaders, portfolio level transparency, big room planning, process excellence and optimization for end customers and value, organizational structures for innovation and setting organization to continuous improvement path.
Has also diversity of Agile related certificates and is well known trainer, is on the path to become first Certified Scrum Trainer in Baltics and for that co-trains Scrum courses together with other CST trainers from Scrum Alliance.
